How does ordering work?

Simply select the product and format you would like to buy and click the "Add to Cart" button. This will open your cart inventory. Now choose either to add more products or to check-out and pay. You may open your cart inventory by clicking the cart logo in the upper left corner. Upon check-out you will be asked to either create a new profile or login to your existing profile. Payments are made using either 2Checkout or PAYPAL to pay the total amount. After payment is completed you will be provided with download links inside your user profile.

How much time do I have to download my paid products?

As soon as the product is paid you have 96 hours to download it. Within this time frame you may download it as often as you like.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You may check out with 2Checkout or Paypal using either your existing user account or your credit card.

Which file formats will I receive?

This may be different for each product. Please read the product's description and feature information for details. All products are conveniently packed into ZIP or RAR files. It simply makes the downloads faster and easier. We recommend using WINZIP, WINRAR or 7-ZIP if you are on a PC or RAR Expander or StuffIt Expander if you are on a Mac to unpack the products.

Sometimes even the compressed archives are still too large. In this case we split the archive into several smaller parts. Simply download all parts into the same location and start uncompressing the first one with the tools mentioned above. It will automatically unpack all other parts as well.

I can't download the files, what happened?

There are several reasons:

• the payment was not completed, the order is still open -> all download links are activated after the payment is complete.
• the download link is no longer valid -> all download links are active for 96 hours after purchase. In case you need longer than that please contact us to extend the period.
• the download interrupts half way through -> in case of a slower internet connection and large product files some downloads often time out. This is an issue of your internet browser. We recommend using a download manager which are also available as extension to your browser. A download manager lets you resume the download where it was interrupted.

What happens to my personal data?

All financial data is handled by 2Checkout and Paypal is not delivered to us. The only information we receive are the details of your user profile. We guarantee that this information will never be passed to any third party. Please also read our Terms & Conditions details regarding our Privacy Policy.

How may I use the sounds?

You may use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage. You cannot use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within musical compositions) as part of a commercially released project. Only the original purchaser of the sounds has the right to use them commercially. This means that you cannot sell or give away the sounds to anyone else. Please also read our Licensing Information!
